Learn to work as a team

The Chief Administrative Officer Bunyangabu Mrs Edith Mutaabaazi has asked technical and political staff of Bunyangabu to learn to work as a team so as to push the District forward.

During the Staff Retreat for Heads of Departments and District Executive Committee members that was organized at Kluge’s Guest Farm in Buheesi Kabahango the Cao observed that if the Technical and Political staff do not work as a team it becomes hard.

“It is not good to have a gap between technical and political staff, let us endeavor to work as a team so as to foster development in our District,” she said.

According to the District Local Council Chairperson Mr. James Ategeka Mugarama, we need to forge a good working relationship between Political and Technical Staff so as to bridge the information gap that is currently existing.

He also asked staff to avoid the tendency of looking at Politicians as enemies. “In case a politician asks for any information in line with your work, avail the information in peace to avoid pulling ropes,” he said.

According to the RDC Bunyangabu Mr. Jolly Tibemanya, it is mandatory for political and technical staff to have a cordial relationship in order to foster peaceful existence.
