Bunyangabu District  Chairperson LCV Hon. James Ategeka Mugarama  has announced a new Vice Chairperson.

Addressing the   District Council on 30th June 2023, Hon Mugarama presented Hon Alex Twinomuhwezi to the August House and he was thus approved and appointed.

Hon. AlexTwinomuhwezi has been the Secretary incharge of Health, Education and Community based services. He is the District counsellor representing Kakinga Town council at the District.

Hon. Twinomuhwezi replaces Hon. John Manume who resigned for greener pastures.

The same Council approved Hon. Masika the woman counsellor representing Kateebwa Sub county as the Secretary for Health, Education and Community based services.

The District Chairperson congraculated the elected members and asked them to work with deligence and take the District to greater heights.

"It is now your time to  work hard and make great decisions that will take the District to higher heights," he said.
