RDC Cautions Residents on Data Collection
The Resident District Commissioner ( RDC) Bunyangabu Mr. Joshua Kisembo Masereka has asked residents of Bunyangabu to give the exercise of Data collection ultimate importance.
During the launch of the exercise at Bunyangabu District head office, Mr. Masereka said house holds are advised to leave behind someone at home who is knowledgeable about important information regarding the house hold. He said this will enable data collectors to get accurate.
Dominic Galimaka the District Focal Person for PDM asked residents not to hesitate to provide information to the data collectors noting that the exercise is vital for the success of Parish Development Model.
" Some people are wondering why we are collecting data for all people yet PDM is meant for the poor of the poorest, however data collection is meant for the entire community, so avail the right information to the data collectors," he said.
According to Elizabeth Kobugabe the Planner Bunyangabu District, the community should not conceal any information because the accuracy of this exercise will determine the success of PDM as a whole.
